Refund Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026 · Last updated: August 31, 2026
How purchases work
Our applications are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store processes every payment — the app itself, in-app purchases and subscriptions — and issues the receipt. Brazier Labs LLC never receives your card number, which also means we cannot put money back on your card ourselves: the refund comes from the store that took the payment.
Purchases made on the App Store
Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in with the Apple Account you bought with, choose the purchase, and state the reason. Apple decides refund requests under its own media services terms and usually answers within a few days.
Purchases made on Google Play
Request a refund from your Google Play order history, or follow Google’s steps at support.google.com/googleplay. Google decides refund requests under the Google Play terms; recent purchases are often refunded automatically.
Subscriptions
A subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it in your Apple Account or Google Play settings — deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds for past renewal charges are decided by the store, as above.
When to write to us
If a store declines a request you believe was fair — for example, a purchase that never worked because of a defect on our side — write to contact@brazierlabs.com with the date of the transaction and which store you bought from. We can’t override a store’s decision, but we can fix the defect, and we will support a justified request with the store where the process allows it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law gives you in your country of residence, including any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights that apply to digital purchases.
