1. Overview

This policy describes how Brazier Labs LLC (“we”, “us”), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, handles personal information on this website and in the applications we publish.

The short version: we collect as little as we can. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and our products are designed to work without knowing who you are wherever that is possible.

2. This website

brazierlabs.com is a static informational site. It requires no account, sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads nothing from third-party servers — fonts and styles are served from this domain.

Like almost every web server, ours keeps standard access logs: the visiting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user-agent string. We use these logs only to operate and secure the service, and they are deleted on a short, routine cycle.

3. Email

If you write to us, we receive what you send: your address, and the content of your message. We use it to reply and to fix whatever you wrote in about, and we keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose or for our legal obligations. We do not add your address to any marketing list.

4. Our applications

Our first applications are still in development. The principles below apply to every app we ship; anything an individual app collects beyond them is disclosed in its App Store privacy details or Google Play Data safety section before you install it.

• Minimum by design. An app asks only for the data it needs to do its job, and processes it on your device wherever possible.
• Purchases stay with the store. Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your card number or billing credentials.
• No selling of data. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business (for example hosting and email infrastructure), only to the extent needed, and with parties we are legally required to answer to. We do not sell it and we do not trade it.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Server logs are deleted routinely; correspondence is kept while a matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information we hold about you, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to contact@brazierlabs.com with “Privacy” in the subject line; we will verify the request and respond within the time the applicable law sets.

8. Children

This website and our applications are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date. Material changes to how an app handles data are also disclosed in that app’s store listing.
