Support
Help from the people who built it.
There’s no ticket portal and no chatbot — just an inbox the developers read.
How support works
Email us at contact@brazierlabs.com. We read everything and aim to answer within a couple of business days; a tricky problem may take longer to solve, but you’ll hear from us either way.
What helps us help you
- The name of the app and its version.
- Your device model and operating system version.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible.
- For a purchase issue: the date of the transaction and which store you bought from.
Never send passwords or full payment card numbers. We don’t need them and can’t use them.
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Purchases of our apps are made through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account or Google Play settings. The Refund Policy walks through the exact steps — and if a store declines a request you believe was fair, write to us and we’ll help where we can.
Privacy requests
To ask about, correct or delete personal data, write to us with “Privacy” in the subject line. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold — which, deliberately, isn’t much.
Security reports
If you believe you’ve found a security issue in our software or on this website, write to us with “Security” in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce it. Give us a reasonable chance to investigate and fix before public disclosure; we’re grateful to researchers who report in good faith.
